Mix all ingredients. Heat griddle at medium to medium low setting and grease lightly. Pour about a ladle of batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and pop on top. Flip pancake and check occasionally for browning. Remove from griddle and serve when desired browning has been achieved.
